 I NEVER would have thought losing weight would be this hard!  I feel like if I skip a day from working out I'm going to gain about 10 lbs.  Not giving up, just a little discouraged.  I'm down 18 lbs since March, so that's not bad.  Gonna have to up the intensity.  Any workout tips?
