took me almost a year to do it, but i finally took the plunge...i did the bc. never felt so nervous and exhilarated all at the same time. can't wait to see it's progress. one thing i can say that has def helped in making me feel confident about my decision is in the influx of blogs and youtube videos that document the personal journeys of natural newbies. a few faves include newlynatural.com and leaveinthekinks.blogspot.com.
