I'mOnAMission

so since my 25th bday this year, i maded a vow to myself that i was going to lose weight IF IT KILLS ME! so far so good. so far i've lost 8 lbs. so i'm geeked like shit...but i got a long way to go. my regime includes, 30 min of cardio and 30 min of resistance training 5 to 6 days a week. of course what you put into your body effects weight loss, so i've just adapted a healthier lifestyle. lots of fruit and vegetables, fish (of course chicken too), and water, water, water. looks like all the hard work is paying off. i wanted to post before and after pics, but honestly, i just don't feel like it. lol maybe after i've reached my goal, i'll do a before and after, who knows. keep ya posted...
